  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure payment options displayed at checkout, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay, Union Pay.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future—stay tuned!
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Since each t-shirt is made-to-order using on-demand production, please allow 4 business days for production before your order is shipped. Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are processed, as production begins immediately. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Since each product is custom-made to order, all sales are final. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter by offering a replacement or store credit.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress. Tracking updates may take 1-2 business days to appear.
  • What sizes do you offer?
    We offer a variety of sizes ranging from Small to XXL. Please refer to our size guide to ensure the best fit. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us for assistance.
  • How do I care for my t-shirt?
    Our t-shirts are 100% Cotton and preshrunk for little to no shrinkage. To maintain the quality and longevity of your t-shirt, we recommend the following care instructions: Machine wash cold or warm, inside out, with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. Do not iron the design directly. Do not dry clean.
  • Do you offer custom designs or personalized t-shirts?
    No, we currently do not offer custom designs or personalized t-shirts. All designs are created exclusively by Archer And Trove.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    No, we currently do not offer gift cards.

  • Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale options?
    At the moment, we do not offer bulk orders or wholesale pricing. Each item is made to order for individual customers. You can still reach out to us if you do have questions regarding this.
  • Do you restock sold-out designs?
    Since each t-shirt is made on demand, all designs are available as long as the color and size are in stock. If a specific color or size is unavailable, please check back later or contact us for updates.
